Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Shipping Policy

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). If for any reason we have to delay posting your order, we will contact you and give you the option of receiving a refund.

  • FREE postage for orders $100 or more

  • A flat rate of  $15.50 for all orders less than $100 

All orders are sent by Express Post and are *usually delivered within a 1-5 day timeframe after dispatch. We are located in Melbourne and currently ship only within Australia. 

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details.

If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. If you need any assistance, please contact us at hello@mlbotanics.com.au 

Please review your order carefully and ensure all your details are correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped. 

*After dispatch ml. BOTANICS has no control over delivery timeframes and shipments may encounter delays for various reasons, including peak periods and bad weather. This may extend your delivery beyond the expected timeframe provided by the carrier.

Returns

We will happily accept returns on full priced items within 14 days after receiving. 

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mlbotanics.com.au 

If your return is accepted , we’ll send you a return shipping label when the return is due to faulty, damaged or incorrect items received. In the case of having a change of mind, the shipping fee will not be included. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. 

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items purchased during sale promotions and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Faulty / Incorrect Items 

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or received in error, please contact us within 14days at hello@mlbotanics.com.au so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Certain types of items cannot be accepted for return if used, unless faulty, due to health and safety regulations. This includes body and skincare products. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
