Our Story
Australian owned and operated, ml. Botanics is a unique range of natural body and skincare products. Each formulation is hand made in small batches using 100% natural and certified organic ingredients. Careful consideration of each ingredient captures the essence of nature to enrich your experience of connection, self-care and enhanced wellbeing.
Our beginnings grew from our first Melbourne based natural therapies studio, established in 2004, by founder and bodywork practitioner, Emily McKeever. The first botanical formulations were made in-house for clinical use to support healing. During this time the seeds were planted to create what has now become ‘ml. BOTANICS’.
The ‘ml.’ in our name refers to micro measurements, because each and every ml. contained in our collection is carefully sourced and considered.
Only the purest, natural ingredients and healing botanicals are chosen to create our range of products. The specialised body oils, face oils, massage oils, balms, salves, body butters and room sprays were developed slowly, based on years of use in practice and have evolved through client feedback and dialogue.
While some formulations evolve over many years, other products continue to be made without change. New bespoke formulations are being explored and refined. The herbal infused oils in our formulations are still made in-house, seasonally from fresh plants and year round from dried plants, using high potency extraction methods. Depending on the plant, this process of extraction can take any time from three days up to four months.
The integrity of ml. BOTANICS rests on never rushing the process. We take the time to trial and research each product and source the highest quality ingredients to formulate small batches of beautiful and effective creations.

Our Founder
Emily McKeever brings a wealth of knowledge to ml. BOTANICS having worked in the wellness industry since 2004. During this time she gained valuable training and experience in body and skincare working in luxury day spas in Melbourne for several years. From here she moved into private practice in 2009, as a certified bodywork practitioner within a medical environment.
